Yesterday, it was SOL(COM 6), which I disabled after I saw the message that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems." That eventually resolved and disappeared sometime after I disabled the driver under Properties. When I initially checked the Device Manager, there was (and still is) a yellow question mark over Intel(R) Active Management Technology-SOL(COM) under the category, Ports (COM & LPT).Ī couple of days ago, I realized there was a problem and when I checked the Device Manager, it was SOL(COM 4). With this weeks update, I noticed Windows has been trying to do driver updates too. I use an HP Compaq 6200 Pro SFF PC with Windows 7Pro, SP 1.
